This 50’ standard box car with 10’ single door, no roofwalk and short ladders is green with white and yellow lettering and runs on Roller Bearing trucks. Built in the 1960s, this ex-Seaboard Air Line boxcar was patched for Seaboard Coast Line. Seaboard Air Line was founded in 1900 and existed until 1967 when it merged with the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad, forming the Seaboard Coast Line Railroad. At its height, it had over 4,000 miles of track across the South.
